Medline, Arctic Beverages and Polymershapes leasing over 100,000 SF
May 28, 2025 – Medline Canada, Arctic Beverages and Polymershapes have expanded their operations to West Creek Industrial Park, a modern industrial development in CentrePort Canada.
Developed by Hopewell Development LP, the 294,150-square-foot industrial park is being marketed by Colliers International. Building 1 is located at 179 West Creek Way and Building 2 is located at 55 Durum Drive in the Rural Municipality of Rosser. Medline Canada, Arctic Beverages and Polymershapes are the first tenants to lease space, underscoring the demand for high-quality industrial facilities in Manitoba.
“The new West Creek Industrial Park at CentrePort Canada is excellent news for Manitoba’s economic growth and shows that our province continues to be a place where businesses can invest and thrive,” said Jamie Moses, Minister of Business, Mining, Trade and Job Creation. “The expansion of Medline, Arctic Beverages and Polymershapes will position these companies for success and support more good jobs for Manitobans.”
Medline Canada, a leading medical supplies manufacturer and distributor, is leasing approx. 46,000 square feet in Building 1. The new facility will double the company’s warehouse footprint in Manitoba, improve Medline’s inventory flexibility and efficiency, and enhance service responsiveness to customers in Manitoba and Saskatchewan.
“We have added seven more employees to be part of our larger space at the West Creek facility,” said Jot Aujla, Vice President of Logistics and Warehousing for Medline Canada. “Health care is urgent and it’s essential that we have the right inventory ready for the growing needs of our customers in this region. They often need a 24-hour turnaround or less – otherwise care outcomes can become at risk.”
Arctic Beverages, Canada’s only First Nations-owned Pepsi franchise, is leasing approx. 36,000 square feet in Building 2. The company distributes Pepsi, Frito Lay, Canada Bread and Nestlé products, among other brands. The move to West Creek Industrial Park supports Arctic Beverages’ growth, offering more space to accommodate their expanding operations.
Medline Canada and Arctic Beverages had both been operating out of locations within CentrePort Canada and the growth of their operations led to the need for more space.
“Tenants are in search of new built industrial space and West Creek offers tenants best in market, clear height at 36,’ and under two minutes to highway speeds in all directions,” said Troy Buchanan, Senior Vice President, Personal Real Estate Corporation for Colliers International. “We look forward to the continued success of West Creek and attracting more tenants to this premiere development in the heart of CentrePort Canada.”
Polymershapes Winnipeg, a premier distributor of plastic sheet, rod, tube, film, and associated products, is leasing over 19,000 square feet in Building 2. Polymershapes has been in operation since 1946. There are currently 75 locations in North and South America; the Winnipeg location opened in 1988.
“We are thrilled to see companies investing and growing in the RM of Rosser,” said Ken Mulligan, Reeve, RM of Rosser. “Businesses are recognizing the benefits and savings of leasing and building in CentrePort North. Development is truly booming.”
“We are excited to see companies like Medline, Arctic Beverages and Polymershapes succeed and grow – and to be able to do so within CentrePort Canada,” said Carly Edmundson, President & CEO of CentrePort Canada Inc. “The companies we talk to are thinking about the future when they make a location decision, and having room for future growth is one of the many selling features of the tri-modal inland port.”
