| Marco joined Hopewell Development in March 2025 as Director of Eastern Construction, bringing over 30 years of experience in urban planning, real estate development, and construction across all major asset classes. Based in the Greater Toronto Area, Marco leads all development, entitlement, and construction activities in Ontario and Eastern Canada, overseeing projects from site acquisition and planning through to approvals, design, and construction delivery. His experience spans large-scale industrial, commercial, institutional, and mixed-use residential developments across the GTA and Golden Horseshoe. Marco holds a degree in Urban and Regional Planning and is recognized as a collaborative leader focused on delivering high-quality projects that align with business objectives and long-term value creation. |
