Dan leads Hopewell Development’s Development & Construction team collaborating closely with other divisions to drive the successful delivery of our development and construction pipeline. Dan brings more than 30 years of cross-border leadership in full-cycle, large-scale development and construction across complex mixed-use, housing, master-planned communities, and commercial projects. Dan has also held senior development roles in the United States, delivering major mixed-use, retail, and urban infill projects in markets including San Francisco, Denver, Las Vegas, and Cambridge, Massachusetts, and has supported major city-building initiatives. He began his career in construction with EllisDon as a Project Manager.
