As Executive Vice President of Finance, David works with financial institutions to originate and structure optimal financing for retail and industrial development projects across the Hopewell Development portfolio. In addition to overseeing the finance and accounting functions, he is responsible for providing detailed financial analysis of business operations, assisting in the execution of corporate transactions, as well as cash flow budgeting and forecasting.
David joined Hopewell Development in 2011 as its Corporate Controller. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Alberta, School of Business and is a member of the Chartered Professional Accountants of Alberta.
