Brendan serves as the Senior Director of Leasing and Acquisitions at Hopewell, where he is responsible for leading the company’s leasing and growth initiatives across both development and income-producing portfolios, with a primary focus on Western Canada. He possesses over 15 years of extensive experience in commercial real estate, with particular expertise in leasing, sales, and property management. Throughout his career, Brendan has engaged with landlords, tenants, purchasers, and developers, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of the industry.

Prior to his tenure at Hopewell, Brendan held positions with several private and institutional landlords, as well as an international brokerage firm. To date, he and his teams have successfully executed in excess of 300 real estate transactions, collectively encompassing over 6,000,000 square feet.
